Here’s another question that’s come in on Twitter
Thanks, Matthew. Cohen has a lot of other documents, but because of the way this has worked out, Trump’s lawyers probably have most or all of them. After Cohen’s office, home and hotel room were raided by the FBI, Trump’s attorneys demanded the right to look at everything Trump-related before it went to prosecutors. So they have visibility into that stuff. I think that’s part of why Giuliani changed Trump’s public story on the Stormy Daniels payments last May, just three weeks after the Cohen raids. It’s possible if Cohen has records on Russia subjects, he didn’t release them here, but I bet they’d have leaked by now.
