Some movie cast reunions require a huge amount of planning — just ask the folks at EW behind this week’s romantic-comedy issue. But some simply require a pair of actors to bump into each other at the Television Critics Association press tour. That was the case when Sam Neill met his Jurassic Park costar Laura Dern this week in Los Angeles and memorialized the moment with a photo he subsequently tweeted out.
“And then a happy reunion with that lovely pal of mine @LauraDern,” Neill wrote in the accompanying note. “Ok, a @JurassicPark flashback if you absolutely insist.”
Neill was at the TCAs to talk about his Ovation show The Pacific: In the Wake of Captain Cook while Dern was promoting season 2 of Big Little Lies.
