It’s almost February, which means it’s almost time for another cyclical change in Netflix content.
As with the Michael Bolton special in 2017, Netflix does have something special planned for Valentine’s Day: The premiere of Dating Around, the platform’s “first original dating show” where each episode follows a single person going on five first dates. Love is also in the air thanks to the addition of iconic ’80s rom-com Pretty In Pink this month.
A couple film franchises get added to Netflix this February (hello, Jaws and American Pie), but most of the month’s new offerings come in the form of original content. There are movies like Steven Soderbergh’s High Flying Bird, comedy specials from the likes of Ray Romano and Ken Jeong, and new seasons of shows like The Dragon Prince and One Day at a Time.
